This glass of goodness was created by the team at Mint Events for a special seasonal affair at the Kondinin Community Garden. For one night of the year the garden puts on an event for their community and nearby towns. This year special guest, Chef Sophie Budd was there to cater the 3 course meal using locally grown produce and for the first time cocktails were incorporated into the theme. The Mint Event team were given the brief of using locally grown rosemary, lemons, blueberries, mint and lavender to create a signature cocktails and we have been lucky enough to get the recipe for you!
This cocktail is a crowd pleaser. Its citrusy, not too sweet and refreshing, perfect for a summer wedding in the Southwest.

With a lot of hard work, attention to detail and the addition of beautifully crafted West Australian Jarrah, the caravan as transformed , into a unquie, beautiful Vintage Mobile Caravan Bar.
