My name is Gemma Kaptein and I am a stay at home mum of 2 gorgeous kids located in the south west of Western Australia. Baking was and still is a hobby of mine, but with the persuasion of my family and closest friends I created my little business.
My baking passion comes from my childhood where I was lucky enough to grow up on a farm in a small rural community where baking was a regular occurrence in our household. Watching my mum from a young age, then being taught by her when I was at an age I could be trusted in the kitchen was the start, my mum (still to this day) is the best baker/homestyle cook that I have ever come across and where I learnt that TASTE is the most important part.
My business is nearly 2 years old and I have mainly been doing celebration cakes and cupcakes. At the start off 2021 I decided to break into the wedding industry. This industry is very new to me and i am excited for my up coming wedding bookings so i can showcase to other potential brides what i have to offer.
