I would definitely recommend adding and incorporating avocados , leafy greens , tomatoes, berries , nuts and fatty fish to your diet as well drinking plenty water. Aim for 2-3 Litres a day!
I would also suggest reducing high sugary foods as they can cause your skin to play up.

Fake tan can definitely cause dryness to your skin. However, I would recommend asking your makeup artist at your trial prior to the wedding and having a discussion with them to see what they prefer.
